Cross Atlantic Rowers for Sportsnet Magazine

4 men set out to row across the Atlantic, the first ever trip from mainland Africa to mainland North America. They didn’t quite make it, capsizing on day 73 and 2700 nautical miles from their starting point of Dakar. All survived. One of the four rowers was Canadian Olympic gold medalist, Adam Kreek (second from right). On the far left is Greg Spooner, on land coordinator. Photographed for Sportsnet Magazine in Victoria, BC.
